I have been helping out on my neighbor’s farm recently as one of the farm boys, Jim, is injured at the moment and the guys need help with milking the cows. Unfortunately, the injured son of the farm owner had a nasty fall on his horse whilst retreating down a hillside in heavy rainfall and part of the bank just slipped under the horses hoofs, resulting in both man and horse taking a rather bad tumble. Jim is actually doing fine considering the fall could have resulted in seriously fatal results, and he was lucky to have escaped with just a broken ankle and serious bruising. My friend had a new dog named Vander. He is a handful and she needed to find a way to get him trained.
